On August 13, 2000, the first Tzu Chi Hospital in western Taiwan, the Dalin Tzu Chi Hospital, opened to the public. In the past century, many local and missionary doctors have devoted their lives to care for the sick in Taiwan. We determine to follow the footsteps in those great doctors to become a life-saving cornerstone. We continuously spread our culture as the respect for life and the patient-centered health care and expect these spirits will last forever. |
