1. 鐵過度負荷（例如血色素沉著病、血鐵質沉著）2. 鐵質利用失常（例如鉛中毒性貧血、鐵質利用不良性貧血、地中海型貧血）3. 非鐵缺乏症引起的貧血 (例如溶血性貧血)。4.已知對任何相關成分耐受不良。
