作用機轉
Mechanism of action | 本品係來自類黃鹼素生藥(Flavonoids)中Silybum marianum的種子，其主成份Silymarin是Flavonolignans的混合物。Silymarin group所含之三種異構物是Silybin，Silidianin，及Silicristin，又以Silybin為主要成分；其藥性溫和，不傷胃腸，且易為人體所吸收。其作用是能穩定肝臟細胞膜，保護肝細胞，減少肝膽之不正常脂質變化，促進肝膽之分泌作用。 |
