What to bring for the trip? The checklist helps you prepare for your visit.
- Passport
- A complete list of medications that you are currently taking or bring the medications with you
- Any relevant medical reports and test results
- If you come along, please prepare a list of telephone numbers where your immediate family members can be reached if necessary
- The hospital provides some personal care items for your convenience. However, if you would like your own toiletries, please feel free to bring them.
